About Girls On All Turfs
We believe baseball is for everyone. Our organization was founded with a bold vision: to create opportunities for girls to play, compete, and thrive in a sport they love. Too often, girls have been sidelined in baseball—but we’re here to change that.
Through competitive leagues, skill-building clinics, mentorship programs, and advocacy, we’re leveling the playing field and proving that girls belong in the game. Our passionate team of coaches, athletes, and supporters is dedicated to fostering a community where every player has the tools, training, and confidence to succeed—on and off the field.
In GOATs, we believe ...
All girls can play baseball
Baseball should not be limited to just boys
Girls should be empowered to accomplish anything they want, despite criticism from other people

THE FOUNDER
Sadie Heller
Sadie Heller has been playing baseball for nearly 10 years, beginning her journey after seeing a group of boys and girls playing together and realizing how fun the sport looked. She joined a T-ball team and quickly moved into more competitive play, eventually becoming the only girl on her high school baseball team.
Her passion for the game and dedication to breaking barriers in sports led her to create Girls On All Turfs, a program designed to empower girls to play baseball by providing them with the introductory skills and knowledge they need to get started. Sadie is determined to show that baseball is a sport for everyone, regardless of gender, and believes there should be nothing holding back girls who want to pursue it.
