Girls On All Turfs (GOAT) aims to ensure baseball is not a male-dominated sport. Through our mentorships and clinics, we empower more girls to participate in baseball by equipping them with the introductory skills and knowledge necessary to embark on their baseball journey. Ultimately, we hope to re-introduce baseball as a sport available to everyone.

Mentorship

Sadie shares her experience playing baseball and what it’s like to be in a sport where girls aren’t there in the first place. She shares advice, tips, and what it would be like to play baseball and how other girls can find success in it.

Sadie is available for inspirational sessions at school assemblies and over zoom.

Sign up for Zoom workshops

School Assemblies (1st-5th grade)

  1. Sadie speaks at a school assembly for 20-30 minutes, inspiring young girls to play baseball or maybe just sports in general

  2. Young girls bring your flyer home to their parents (or maybe there’s an email sent out to their parents before/after the assembly) and say they want to participate in GOATs

  3. They sign up and attend a session with you (1:1 in the beginning and possibly cohorts eventually)

  4. Those who sign up have access to the clinics that you offer through coaches that you’ve enlisted somehow

Book Sadie for a school assembly

Thought Leadership

GOATs has a robust network of women in baseball and occasionally invites those women to join mentor sessions as guest speakers.

Clinics

GOATs hosts clinics in baseball facilities with coaches with the aim of teaching menteers how to play baseball.
